Karna Shinde backs health-tech startup Neuro42
Early-stage investor Karna D Shinde has invested in Neuro42 , a San Francisco (US)-based medical technology company pioneering portable MRI, robot and AI technologies, over three tranches.Neuro42 recently received USFDA clearance for its diagnostic MRI machine.Neuro42’s portable MRI is designed to specialise in imaging the brain and head, with a key focus on MR-guided interventions. The device amplifies the capabilities of neurosurgeons, particularly in complex and time-sensitive procedures such as the treatment of brain tumors and epilepsy.
