Kedaara Capital sells addl Aavas Financiers shares worth Rs.1,215-Cr, registers 8x return

Kedaara Capital has sold shares worth INR 1,215.30 crore in Jaipur-based, publicly listed Aavas Financiers Ltd. on Aug 18, 2021 through a bulk deal on BSE. Post the latest sale, the investor would hold a 23.16% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Jun 2016, Kedaara Capital had invested INR 611.88 crore in Aavas. It invested an additional INR 59.50 crore in Mar 2017 and INR 215.95 crore in Mar 2018. The company got listed in Oct 2018.
