Kedaara raises $300-M for first continuation fund

Mumbai-based alternative asset manager Kedaara Capital Investment Management Ltd has closed its first continuation vehicle (CV) at USD 300 million.The firm, which has more than USD 6 Billion of assets under management, is transferring partial stakes in eyewear listing-bound business Lenskart Solutions Ltd and Care Health Insurance Ltd to the new vehicle. The continuation fund was priced at more than the net asset value of the previous fund that held the companies.
