Kenro Capital eyes $150-M fund for secondary investments

Mumbai-based Kenro Capital is in the final stages of raising a USD 150 million fund to focus on late-stage secondary transactions. The firm is currently in talks with domestic institutions, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals for the final closing, expected within the next four to six months.The firm held its first close with global institutional investors in October 2025.Founded in 2024 by former TR Capital and Peak XV executives Norbert Fernandes and Piyush Gupta, Kenro provides liquidity to early-stage investors in companies that remain private for extended periods.The firm intends to deploy the new capital to acquire stakes in scaled, profitable businesses, with an average ticket size of USD 10-20 million and the flexibility to execute larger investments through co-investments.
