Keppel Land to invest Rs.1,200-Cr in Piramal Realty's Mumbai office project

Singapore-based Keppel Land has signed a term sheet to acquire 1 million sq ft in Piramal Realty's commercial development - Piramal Agastya Corporate Park - spread over a total of six floors in the multi-tenanted tower in Mumbai's Kurla locality, for more than INR 1,200 crore. The deal will exclude nearly 200,000 sq ft office space occupied by Piramal Enterprises. Keppel Land has also entered an alliance with Rustomjee Group to build an integrated township in Thane near Mumbai. Separately, it also entered into a joint venture with Emerald Haven Realty, a TVS Group company, to develop a freehold condominium project on a nearly 6-acre land parcel in South Chennai.
