Kids’ edutainment player EMoMee raises funding from existing, new investors
Mumbai-based edutainment and kids' media startup EMoMee has raised funding from Whiteboard Capital, Gruhas Collective Consumer Fund, DeVC India, Melody Investments, Aman Gupta (boAt), Gurmeet Nihal Singh (Nihal Singh Family Office) and Jatin Aneja (Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas).Founded in 2023 by Pooja Jauhari, Varun Duggirala, Suraksha Subramaniam and Anasuya Menon, EMoMee uses skill-based play, stories, content and other learning tools targeting children between the ages of 3 and 8.
In Jul 2024, EMoMee had attracted about USD 1 M from DeVC India, Gruhas and Whiteboard Capital.
