KKR sells 5.8% stake in JB Chemicals for Rs.1,500-Cr

KKR & Co unit Tau Investment Holdings has sold 5.78% equity stake (90 lakh shares) in Mumbai-based publicly listed JB Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals via secondary share sale for about INR 1,500 crore. The shares were sold at prices ranging from INR 1.625-1,625.34 per share.

In Jul 2020, JB Chemicals had raised about USD 415 M from KKR.
