KKR sells Café Coffee Day shares worth Rs.5.6 Cr

KKR has sold shares worth INR 5.61 crore in publicly listed Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd. (CCD) on Aug 18, 2021 through a bulk deal on NSE. Post the latest sale, the investor would hold a 5.17% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Mar 2010, KKR invested INR 360 crore in CCD. Other PE investors invested in the company include New Silk Route and StanChart PE. The company got listed in Nov 2015.
