KKR to acquire Swedish firm Medicover’s India hospital ops
Global investing firm KKR is to acquire Mumbai-based Medicover India , the hospital operations division of Sweden-based Medicover AB.Founded in 2017, Medicover India operates a multi-speciality hospital network consisting of 24 hospitals and about 4,800 beds throughout South and West India. The company provides care across more than 80 clinical specialities.
