Kolte Patil Developers raises Rs.206-Cr from Japan's Marubeni Corp for residential project

Pune-based Kolte Patil Developers has raised INR 206 crore from Marubeni Corporation, Japan, for its upcoming residential project located in Pimple Nilakh micro market, Pune. KPDL will receive this amount in a single tranche. Post agreement, Marubeni Corporation will be entitled to 2.85 lakh sq ft of saleable area. The Pimple-Nilakh residential project is a part of Kolte-Patil's 24K premium luxury segment portfolio, has a total development potential of about 8 lakh sq ft.
