Korean food-focused Gimi Michi raises $1-M led by IndiaQuotient
Gurugram-based Korean food-focused startup Gimi Michi has raised USD 1 million in a seed funding round led by IndiaQuotient. The round also saw participation from DeVC, Titan Capital and IIMA Ventures.Founded in 2024 by Nishank Goyal, Akhil Kumar, and Bodhi Rathor, the startup specializes in Korean-style instant ramen and noodles.The new funds will be used to support product development, team expansion, brand-building initiatives, and the enhancement of distribution across quick commerce platforms. The company also intends to expand its product portfolio beyond its current ramen offerings into new categories, including sauces, snacks, and ready-to-eat products.
