Kotak AMC’s credit fund makes first close at Rs.1,200-Cr
Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company’s (KMAMC) first credit Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) - Kotak Credit Opportunities Fund - has achieved its first close at INR 1,200 crore (USD 141.36 million).The fund attracted investments from high networth individuals, ultra high networth individuals, family offices, corporate treasuries, and institutional investors.A Category II AIF, the fund aims to provide capital to profitable businesses with established cash flows and proven business models.
