Kotak Realty Fund invests Rs.800-Cr in 2 Gurugram residential projects

Kotak Realty Fund, the real estate investment arm of Kotak Alternate Asset Managers, has invested INR 800-Cr in two residential projects, Smartworld Sky Arc and Trump Residences, located in Gurugram. This capital infusion is part of a partnership with Smartworld Developers , a firm promoted by the Bansal Family and an affiliate of M3M India.Founded in 2021, Smartworld Developers focuses on premium, luxury, and branded residential communities within the Delhi NCR region. The company manages a portfolio that includes projects such as Smartworld One DXP, Smartworld The Edition, and developments associated with global brands like The Trump Organization and ELIE SAAB.The newly raised funds are meant for the first phase of the development, which represents a gross development value of over INR 8,200-Cr.
