Krsnaa Diagnostics picks up 24% stake in cancer, cardiac hospitals operator Apulki Healthcare
Pune-based Krsnaa Diagnostics has acquired a 23.53% stake in Shrirampur, Maharashtra-based Apulki Healthcare, which operates hospitals dedicated for cancer and cardiac care under public private partnership (PPP) mode. The acquisition would be funded through internal accruals.This partnership would provide Krsnaa access to Apulki’s network of more than 10 hospitals across India. The company will become the exclusive diagnostics partner for Apulki cancer and cardiac hospitals.
