L&T hires former Aavishkaar partner Sushma Kaushik to head VC arm
Mumbai-based L&T Innovation Fund, the corporate venture capital arm of Larsen & Toubro Ltd, has hired Sushma Kaushik , a former partner of Aavishkaar Capital to lead its investments. Sushma Kaushik succeeds Rajkamal Agarwal, who led the fund for three years, starting April 2022.The firm backs emerging startups across deeptech, climate tech, Industry 4.0, and digital infrastructure.
