L Catterton Asia forms JV fund with fmr HUL CEO Sanjiv Mehta

Global consumer focused investment firm ?L Catterton Asia has formed a India-focused joint venture partnership with former HUL CEO Sanjiv Mehta.Mehta will serve as the Executive Chairman of India for LCA and will also be involved in LCA's global fund platforms.
