L Catterton to invest in restaurant chain Nandhana Foods at Rs.2,000-Cr valuation

Consumer-focused investment firm L Catterton is to invest in Bengaluru-based restaurant group Nandhana Foods at a reported INR 2,000 Cr valuation. Advay Capital was the exclusive financial advisor to Nandhana Foods and its promoters on the transaction.Nandhana Foods has operated for over three decades, serving Andhra and Karnataka cuisine through its restaurant brands, Nandhana Palace and RNR. The company intends to utilize the investment to deepen its presence within South India and expand into additional markets.
