La Renon Healthcare raises Rs.1,000-Cr from Whiteoak Capital, Siguler Guff & Creador

An investor consortium, including WhiteOak Capital Management, US private equity firm Siguler Guff, and Kuala Lumpur-based Creador, has acquired a 10% stake in Ahmedabad-based La Renon Healthcare for INR 1,000 crore at a valuation of INR 11,000 crore (USD 1.2 Billion).Promoter Pankaj Singh and his family sold around 6% of their stake, while existing investors, including Peak XV Partners and A91 Partners, offloaded the rest.Creador acquired approximately a 7% stake for INR 770 crore, with WhiteOak Capital (owned by Prashant Khemka) and Siguler Guff jointly purchasing the remaining 3% for around INR 330 crore. Existing investor Avendus also participated in this funding round. Citadel Management Consulting served as an advisor to the transaction.Founded in 2007 by Pankaj Singh, La Renon Healthcare offers branded formulations, particularly in chronic therapies. The company is a key player in the nephrology segment and is expanding its presence in central nervous system (CNS), gastroenterology, gynaecology, and cardio-diabetology portfolios across India.For the fiscal year 2025, La Renon reported a total revenue of about INR 1,700 crore and an EBITDA of INR 360 crore.

Between Jun 2015 and Sep 2025, La Renon had attracted about USD 229 M from Creador, Avendus, ChrysCapital, A91 Partners and Peak XV Partners.
