Lab-grown diamond jewellery brand Onya raises Rs.5.5 Cr led by Zeropearl VC
Bengaluru-based lab-grown diamond jewellery brand Onya has raised INR 5.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Zeropearl VC. The round also saw participation from angel investors including MyGate founders Vijay Arishetty, Abhishek Kumar, Shreyans Daga, and Rohit Jindal; UrbanVault founder Amal Mishra; and Alkendra Pratap Singh, Managing Director of Crescendo Industries and Director of KE Engineers Pvt. Ltd.Founded in 2024 by Gaurav Choudhary and Himani Yadav, Onya specializes in jewellery featuring IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds set in BIS hallmarked gold.The new funds will be used to accelerate the firm’s offline retail expansion across major Indian cities, expand its product lines, and open more customer-first experience stores.
