Land due diligence services provider TLB raises Rs.8-Cr led by Rainmatter
Bhubaneswar-based The Land Bankers has raised INR 8 crore in a seed funding round led by Rainmatter, with participation from Ashish Gupta, K2 Capital, CRED founder Kunal Shah through Qed Innovations Labs, and Tracxn co-founder Abhishek Goyal. Following this round, the company is valued at about INR 67 crore.Founded in 2024 by Amarendra Sahu, The Land Bankers is a proptech startup that facilitates land title verification, ownership due diligence, and dispute resolution.The company plans to use the new funds to meet working capital requirements, finance capital expenditure, and support the expansion of business operations.
