Landmark Capital to raise Rs.500-Cr for warehousing, logistics fund
PE-RE investor Landmark Capital plans to raise INR 500 crore through Landmark Warehousing & Logistics Fund. The fund corpus includes a green-shoe option of INR 200 crore. The fund aims to invest in Grade-A warehousing and logistics opportunities. Landmark Capital is working at investing, and developing niche asset classes such as warehousing, cold storage, and logistics besides opportunistic investments in other real estate asset classes.
