Laxmi Dental’s Rs.698-Cr IPO booked 114 times
The initial public offer (IPO) of Mumbai-headquartered Laxmi Dental has been subscribed 113.97 times on the final day of the bidding process. The retail participants subscribed to the issue by 74.43 times, which was followed by the NIIs (non-institutional investors) at 147.51 times. The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) subscribed to the issue 110.38 times.The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth INR 138 crore and an offer for sale of 1,30,85,467 equity shares aggregating INR 560.06 crore by existing shareholders.The promoters and promoter group hold 46.56% of the pre-offer issued and paid-up equity share capital. Their post-IPO shareholding is expected to be around 42.68%.Laxmi Dental offers a portfolio of dental products, including custom-made crowns and bridges, branded dental products such as clear aligners, thermoforming sheets, and aligner-related products as a part of aligner solutions, and paediatric dental products.The firm reported a consolidated net profit of INR 22.74 crore and sales of INR 116.78 crore for the six months ended on 31 September 2024.
