Legal-tech co. Jurisphere raises $2.2 M from Info Edge, Flourish Ventures, 8i Ventures
AI-powered legal-tech startup Jurisphere.ai has raised USD 2.2 million (INR 21 crore) from Info Edge Ventures, Flourish Ventures, Antler, and 8i Ventures.Founded in 2024 by Manas Khandelwal, Varun Khandelwal, and Sumit Ghosh, Jurisphere.ai develops tools to streamline legal workflows for law firms and professionals. Its platform claims to provide solutions for contract analysis, legal research, and document management, automating data-heavy tasks for legal, tax, and regulatory teams.The fresh funds will be used to expand the firm’s platform globally and to build its AI-native lawyer network, integrating software, workflows, and human expertise.
For FY25, Jurisphere.ai had reported about INR 0.16 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.09 Cr in Net Loss.
