Legal tech co. LegitQuest to raise Rs.4-Cr from Info Edge
Info Edge (India), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Startup Investments (Holding) Ltd (SIHL), is to invest about INR 4 crore in Delhi-based LQ Global Services (Legitquest).SIHL would invest the sum in two equal tranches by subscribing to convertible notes. The aggregate shareholding to be obtained through SIHL based on the current valuation post both tranches would be 25.65% and 27.98% respectively.LegitQuest claims to use machine learning, modern search algorithm & data analytic for legal professionals. It is run by a team of attorneys, engineers and designers who aim to make the practice of law simpler for its end users.
