Legal-tech startup Presolv360 raises $4.7 M from Elevation Capital, others
Mumbai-based legal-tech startup Presolv360 has raised USD 4.7 million led by Elevation Capital. The round also saw participation from existing investors, MGA Ventures and angel investors.Co-founded in 2017 by Aman Kailash Sanghavi, Bhaven Tarunkumar Shah and Namita Vijay Shah, Presolv360 is an online dispute resolution platform that offers services to resolve disputes through mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods.
In Feb 2022, Presolv360 had attracted about USD 1 M from MGA Ventures, Omidyar Network and others.For FY24, Presolv360 had reported about INR 14 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.5 Cr in PAT.
