Lender to MSMEs Seeds Fincap raises Rs.100-Cr led by Michael & Susan Dell Foundation

Gurugram-based non-banking financial company (NBFC) Seeds Fincap has raised more than INR 100 crore (USD 10.4 million) in a Series B round led by Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. Existing investors Z47 and Lok Capital, along with Norinchukin Capital and Alteria Capital, also participated in the round. Unitus Capital served as the financial adviser for the deal.Founded in 2021 by Subhash Chandra Acharya, Avishek Sarkar, and Sumeet Dhall, Seeds Fincap provides credit to underserved individuals and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The company offers loans ranging from INR 50,000 to INR 10 lakh.The company plans to use the new funds to expand into new markets and strengthen its branch network, technology, and risk management capabilities.

Between Sep 2023 and Jun 2025, Seeds Fincap had attracted about USD 20 M from Alteria Capital, Lok Capital, Z47, and others.For FY25, Seeds Fincap had reported about INR 103 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.25 Cr in PAT.
