Lending-infra player Intellend technologies raises $1.2 M led by Incubate Fund Asia
Mumbai-based Intellend Technologies has raised USD 1.2 million in a seed funding round, led by Incubate Fund Asia, with additional participation from M Venture Partners, Atrium Angels, and angel investor Dhananjay Tiwari.Founded in 2025 by Brotish Das, Som Chatterjee, and Bodhisattwa Gupta, Intellend is developing a lending-as-a-service platform designed for digital merchant ecosystems.The company plans to use the newly raised funds to strengthen its team, develop its products, and enhance its go-to-market strategy. The funding will also support deepening partnerships with leading ecosystems, reinforcing AI-led credit underwriting capabilities, and scaling instant financing solutions to expand credit access for businesses in India.
