Lifestyle brand Uni Seoul bags Rs.5-Cr led by Sauce VC
Pune-based Uni Seoul, a design-led lifestyle brand, has raised INR 5 crore in seed funding. The round was led by Sauce VC. The funding round also saw participation from Panthera Peak Ventures, and angel investors including Arun Venkatachalam of the Murugappa Group, Mokobara co-founders Sangeet Agrawal and Navin Parwal, and Yogesh Kabra, founder of XYXX.Founded by Gaurav Karmani and Mohit Khurana, Uni Seoul offers a range of lifestyle products spanning home & living, personal care, gifting, and fashion accessories. It has four profitable offline stores in Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Nashik.The fresh capital will be deployed to expand the firm’s retail presence with stores in key metros, broaden its product categories through new private labels, revamp its D2C (direct-to-consumer) platform, and strengthen quick-commerce capabilities. Additionally, the brand will focus on community-led marketing and enhance its supply chain.
