Lighthouse Canton launches $130-M credit fund

Singapore-headquartered investment firm Lighthouse Canton has launched LC Luminere Credit Fund, a Category II AIF, with a corpus of INR 1,200 crore (USD 130 million) and a greenshoe option.The fund, which has a six-year tenure and an average deal maturity of three years, seeks to deploy senior secured structured credit strategies. Investments will span growth financing, acquisitions, sponsor-backed deals, refinancing, and cross-border opportunities.Lighthouse claims to manage over USD 5 Billion in assets and intends to leverage its network of 500 issuer relationships and 1,000+ promoter families to deploy the capital.
