Lighthouse Canton subscribes to Emerald Leisures’ Rs.105-Cr NCDs
Lighthouse Canton has closed a private credit investment of INR 105 crore in publicly-listed, Mumbai-based hospitality firm Emerald Leisures . The transaction was made through the firm’s India-based Category II Alternative Investment Fund, the LC Luminere Credit Fund, along with affiliate entities.Founded in 2013, Emerald Leisures owns and operates Club Emerald, a premium multi-sport, hospitality, and recreational destination in Mumbai. The company intends to use the proceeds to support growth. The investment is structured as secured non-convertible debentures.
For FY25, Emerald Leisures had reported about INR 15 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 11 Cr in Net Loss.
