Lighthouse exits Bikaji Foods by selling shares worth Rs.256-Cr; registers 8.76x return

Lighthouse Funds has sold its 2.43% stake in publicly-listed snacks maker Bikaji Foods International Ltd realizing INR 255.95 crore. The latest sale fetches Lighthouse a 8.76x return on its investment.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Mar 2014, Lighthouse had invested INR 90 crore for a 12.50% stake in Bikaji Foods. The company went public in Nov 2022 at INR 300 per share.
