Lighthouse exits Cera Sanitaryware by selling shares worth Rs.134-Cr, registers 2.21x return

Lighthouse Funds has sold a 2.31% stake in publicly listed Cera Sanitaryware Ltd. on Jul 30, 2021. The sale, through a bulk deal on the BSE, fetched the PE investor INR 133.89 crore. Assuming Lighthouse sold its balance shares (0.39% stake) at the same price (of INR 4,450.01 per share) and made a complete exit, it would realize a 2.21x return on its 6 year old investment.
