Lighthouse sells 2.12% stake in V2 Retail for Rs.85-Cr
Mumbai-based private equity firm Lighthouse Funds has divested a 2% stake (over 734,000 shares), through its affiliate India 2020 Fund II Ltd, in New Delhi-headquartered value retail chain V2 Retail via open market transaction. The shares were offloaded at an average price of INR 1,160 apiece, taking the transaction value to INR 85.23 crore.After the stake sale, Lighthouse's holding in V2 Retail has come down to 4.24% from 6.36%.
Between Oct 2017 and Jun 2018, V2 Retail had raised over USD 12.88 M from Lighthouse.
