Lighthouse sells addl Stylam Industries shares worth Rs.38-Cr; registers 2.85x return

Lighthouse has sold shares worth INR 38.26 crore in publicly-listed Stylam Industries Ltd on Mar 30, 2022 through a bulk deal on BSE. Post the sale, Lighthouse would hold a 6.58% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In May 2017, Lighthouse invested INR 51.09 crore for 10.41% stake via preferential allotment in Stylam. It subsequently invested more through open market purchases at various points in time till Sep 2020.
