Lighthouse sells addl Stylam Industries shares worth Rs.56-Cr, registers 3.2x return

PE investor Lighthouse has sold a 2.95% stake in publicly-listed Stylam Industries fetching INR 56.33 crore. Post the sale, Lighthouse would hold a 3.63% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In May 2017, Lighthouse invested INR 51 crore in Stylam via preferential allotment in the company. Later, it invested more through open market purchases till Sep 2020.
