Lighthouse sells Nykaa shares worth Rs.166-Cr, registers 13.86x return

Lighthouse has sold shares of publicly listed FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd (which owns beauty products retail brand Nykaa) worth INR 166.41 crore. Post the sale, the investor would hold 1.70% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Sep 2018, Lighthouse invested INR 112.54 crore for 3.44% stake in Nykaa. The company went public in Nov 2021 and Lighthouse made a partial exit as part of the IPO.
