Lighthouse sells Shaily Engineering Plastics shares worth Rs.96-Cr
Lighthouse Funds, via Lighthouse India Fund III, has sold 5 lakh shares in Shaily Engineering Plastics at INR 1,925 per share, realising INR 96.25 crore.
Lighthouse first invested in Shaily Engineering Plastics in 2007 and had exited by 2015. It re-entered the company in 2021 and started to exit in 2024.
