Investor Announcement   Martech Series

Supabase, an US-headquartered open-source Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) company, has raised USD 80 million in Series B funding led by Felicis, with participation from existing investors Coatue and Lightspeed India. With this round, the company also plans to double the size of its team over the next year. Supabase's platform enables developers to rapidly develop products without worrying about scaling limitations, with an open source approach to remove vendor lock-in. This latest round follows Supabase's USD 30 million Series A round announced in September 2021, and brings the company's total capital raised to USD 116 million.
