Liquor maker Tilaknagar Industries invests Rs.8-Cr in cocktail mixer brand Bartisans
Tilaknagar Industries Ltd (TI), a manufacturer of Indian-made foreign liquor, has invested INR 8 crore in Mumbai-headquartered Round the Cocktails Pvt Ltd, maker of premium mixer brand Bartisans . The investment will give TI a 36.17 % stake in Bartisans on a fully diluted basis.The deal involves an INR 3 crore primary investment and INR 5 crore secondary acquisition of shares from existing shareholders. Bartisans, founded in 2021, offers 17 flavours of all-natural cocktail mixers and reported revenue of INR 3.5 crore in FY24.
