Logistics-tech co. Stackbox to raise Rs.23-Cr from Enrisson, White Whale Ventures
Bengaluru-based logistics-tech startup Stackbox is to raise INR 23.18 crore (around USD 2.63 million) in its Series A round from Enrission India Capital and White Whale Ventures. Enrission India Capital has already invested INR 13.2 crore, and funds from White Whale Ventures are expected shortly.Stackbox has allotted 1,005 Series A compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at an issue price of INR 2,30,713 apiece to raise the sum.Founded in 2019, StackBox provides cloud-based, enterprise-grade SaaS solutions to automate and optimise supply chain and distribution operations across sectors such as FMCG, retail, and e-commerce. Its core offerings include an integrated suite of products: Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transport Management System (TMS), Order Management System (OMS), and Route-to-Market (RTM) solutions.For the fiscal year ended March 2024, the company posted a profit of INR 6 crore on operating revenue of INR 25.7 crore.
Between Oct 2019 and Jan 2021, Stackbox had attracted about USD 1.63 M from Peak XV Partners, Ecosystem Ventures, Touchstone Equities and others.For FY24, Stackbox had reported about INR 26 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 6 Cr in PAT.
