Logistics tech startup Edgistify raises $1.4-M from NB Ventures, angels
Mumbai-based logistics tech startup Edgistify has raised USD 1.4 million in a pre-Series A funding round co-led by NB Ventures and Rajesh Ranavat, with participation from Prateek Maheshwari, Vivek Gaur, Vikram Tandon, and other angel investors. The company had previously raised USD 1.63 million in a seed funding round from Sterling Auxiliaries and other investors.Founded in 2017 by Umang Shukla, Antim Suman, and Kamal Kishore Kumawat, Edgistify is an AI-driven warehousing and fulfillment partner utilizing its proprietary EdgeOS platform. This platform unifies warehousing, order management, transportation, and on-ground operations into an execution ecosystem, integrating WMS, OMS, FMS, last-mile, and internal operations intelligenceThe proceeds from the new funding will be used for onboarding more high-growth brands, advancing AI-led orchestration through EdgeOS, and expanding fulfillment depth across Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets.
