Lord’s Mark Ind acquires 85% stake in renal care-focused Renalyx Health Systems
Mumbai-based Lord’s Mark Industries, a diversified healthcare and technology group, has acquired an 85% stake in Bengaluru-based Renalyx Health Systems . Following the acquisition, Renalyx will function as the research and development division for Lord’s Mark Industries, focusing on advanced medical devices for kidney and liver care.Founded in 2012 by Dr. Shyam Vasudeva Rao, Renalyx offers renal care solutions through medical electronics and embedded systems.
In Jan 2022, Renalyx had attracted about USD 340,000 from Canbank Ventures.
