Lotus Herbals acquires 32% stake in dermaceuticals brand Fixderma for Rs.55-Cr
Noida-based Lotus Herbals Pvt Ltd has acquired a 32% stake in Gurugram-based Fixderma India Pvt Ltd, which owns the Fixderma and FCL brand of dermaceuticals, for about INR 55 crore. This is the second such investment by Lotus Herbals, which had acquired organic Ayurvedic products brand Soul Tree last year.
