LS Digital raises Rs.80-Cr from Florintree; acquires creative agency Langoor
Mumbai-based digital marketing firm LS Digital (formerly Logicserve Digital) has attracted INR 80 crore from Florintree Advisors. The company has also acquired a majority stake in creative agency Langoor, which was earlier part of the Havas Group. The acquisition is expected to help LS strengthen its service offerings for CX, digital design, and Web 3.0.
