Luggage maker Safari Industries raises Rs.229-Cr from Lighthouse
Mid-market private equity fund Lighthouse, via Lighthouse Fund IV AIF. has invested INR 229 crore in publicly listed, Mumbai-headquartered luggage maker Safari Industries (India) Ltd. The company will allot 12 lakh equity shares (of face value INR 2) for INR 1,908 per share.
