Luxury holiday homes player Isprava raises Rs.1,000-Cr from Godrej, Burman family offices

Mumbai-based luxury holiday homes developer Isprava Group has raised nearly INR 1,000 crore in its third round of funding led by existing investors including the Nadir Godrej and Burman family offices. The group had earlier raised funds in 2017 and 2019 from the Nadir Godrej, Anand Piramal and the Burman families, The funding was raised as a combination of corporation level and project level equity investments. The group includes luxury home developer Isprava and luxury homestay company Lohono Stays. Isprava has over 110 projects worth INR 1500 crore across Goa, Alibaug, Nilgiris and Kasauli. Lohono Stays has over 105 properties across 15 locations and 250 properties in South East Asia.
