Luxury realty co White Lotus raises Rs.150-Cr from Dubai's Luxe Port Group
Bengaluru-based White Lotus Group, a bespoke luxury real estate company, has raised INR 150 crore from Dubai-based Luxe Port Group to expand its presence and fuel growth. The company will also use the capital to upgrade technology and strengthen the leadership team. The company will build a 2.5 million sq. ft. pipeline of luxury projects and expand in newer markets such as Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai.
