M&A matchmaking platform GrowthPal raises $2.6 M led by Ideaspring Capital
Pune-based M&A matchmaking platform GrowthPal has raised USD 2.6 million (INR 23.5 crore) in a round led by Ideaspring Capital, with participation from angel investors.Founded in 2020 by Maneesh Bhandari, Shalu Mitruka, and Amaresh Shirsat, GrowthPal has developed M&A copilot that scans public filings, web activity, and other indicators to identify M&A targets aligning with buyer mandates.The fresh funding will be used to scale product development and expand its presence in the USA and other international markets.
