Makia Capital floats VC fund to invest in SME businesses

Delhi based IPO advisory firm Makia Capital has launched its first Category I Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) to invest in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and to make select investments in public markets. The fund plans to invest in about 20 companies, with an average ticket size of around INR 10 crore per investment.Founded in 2024, Makia Capital advises and invests in equity instruments of select companies and also provides multi-family office services with presence across six cities.
