Managed accommodation provider Stanza Living to raise $32-M led by Accel
Delhi-based managed accommodation provider Stanza Living is to raise INR 282.8 crore (USD 32 million) in a Series E funding round led by existing investor Accel - contributing INR 222.78 crore (USD 25.3 million) - with Motilal Oswal joining as a new backer contributing INR 60 crore (USD 6.8 million).Founded in 2017 by Sandeep Dalmia and Anindya Dutta, Stanza Living provides managed accommodation for students and working professionals. It claims to operate over 50,000 beds across 450 residencies in 15 cities, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, and Hyderabad. For FY24, the company reported an operating revenue of INR 584 crore and a net loss of INR 273 crore.
Between Nov 2017 and Aug 2025, Stanza Living had attracted about USD 275 M from Accel India, Peak XV Partners, Z47, Alteria Capital, Alpha Wave Global, Equity International, InnoVen Capital and others.
